About the Recipe

This twist of a Gin Fizz got the tangy kick of rhubarb juice and just the right amount of fizz from the soda water. Not too sweet, but zesty, and totally refreshing. Maybe your next low alcohol summer drink?

Ingredients

• 45ml CITRUS FORWARD GIN

• 30ml HUBARB JUICE

• 2 bar spoon POWDERED SUGAR

top up with SODA WATER

Preparation

Build in glass.

Shake first three ingredients with ice.

Strain into ice filled highball glass and top up with soda water.

Garnish with dried red apple.
