About the Recipe
The Amaretto Sour is a popular twist on the classic whisky sour. The nutty and marzipan flavours of the amaretto add an extra dimension to this great tasting and balanced cocktail.
Ingredients
• 40ml Amaretto Liqueur
• 20ml Fresh lemon juice
• 20ml Sugar syrup
• 3 Dashes Cocktail bitters
• 15ml Egg white
• 1 Lemon wedge
Preparation
Fill both your glass and cocktail shaker with cubed ice.
Pour in all your ingredients into the shaker.
Close the shaker and shake hard for 7 seconds.
Take off the small top off the shaker and strain out the ingredients into your iced glass.
Garnish with dehydrated Pink Grapefruit Slice.
